All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by SmapeLang Game Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they create and share through our Services. However, by posting content, you grant SmapeLang a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Services and SmapeLang's business.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
SmapeLang provides the Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our Services.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect service availability.
Service Level Agreement
Monthly uptime target: 99.9% • Maximum consecutive downtime: 4 hours • Data backup: Every 6 hours
User Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for content they create, share, or transmit through our Services. SmapeLang reserves the right but is not obligated to monitor or moderate user-generated content.
We are not liable for user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. Users may report inappropriate content through our moderation system.
Financial Limitations
In no event shall SmapeLang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
International Compliance
While Korean law governs these Terms, we comply with applicable international laws and regulations in jurisdictions where our Services are available. Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their regions.
